Kevin Staley | President and Chief Executive Officer
As President and CEO of Integrated Health Systems, Kevin has been providing technology solutions to business industries for over 27 years and specifically to long-term care facilities throughout North America for 15 years. A leader in the entrepreneurship community, Kevin served as President of Entrepreneur Exchange II and has collaborated with executives from successful organizations such as Cerner, Sprint, ProPharma Group, and PointClickCare. In the past, Kevin served as a board member on the U.S. Motorola Wireless Advisory Council and as an Advisory Council member for Trisension Corporation.
As the premier IT support and IT infrastructure and hardware solutions partner for PointClickCare, Kevin and his team are recognized technology and client care experts throughout the senior living market. He understands the challenges long-term care providers face related to technology. Kevin’s vast knowledge of technology management, finance, fiscal management, and the regulatory industry pushes his team to provide the best technology solutions for single or multi-site facility groups. Kevin Green | Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Green brings to IHS nearly 20 years of finance and operations experience from a diverse range of industries including healthcare, residential community management, building automation construction, and technology integration services. Prior to joining IHS, Kevin was the Controller for C&C Group of Lenexa, KS, a regional construction firm providing building automation and technology maintenance services to general contractors, property managers, and direct customers including several Fortune 500 customers across 12 states. Kevin’s primary role was to lead the Accounting Department in the development and implementation of a new, customer-focused ERP system and to manage the month-end close process, financial reporting, and risk management. Within the healthcare industry, Kevin worked on numerous merger and acquisitions engagements for healthcare consulting companies, Capgemini and Accenture. Focused on valuation modeling and financial due diligence, Kevin often worked with healthcare providers on the acquisitions, joint-venture partnerships, and divestitures of hospitals, physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, and skilled nursing facilities over a seven year consulting career. This background provided an in-depth look at the successful financial outcomes of healthcare providers who focus on core-competencies and are patient-centric in their operation and who partner with best-of-breed service providers for non-core operations and ancillary services. This partnership approach is what excites Kevin with the value IHS can bring to providers of senior care where the joint operation provides greater financial value than the sum of the parts operating independently.
Complementing his finance and accounting background, Kevin also spent five years managing the operations and public relations for two Division I collegiate football programs, with the University of Notre Dame and the University of Kansas. Driven to improve process flows and communication amongst coaches, players, university officials, media, and fans, Kevin brought a consulting strategy and corporate finance approach to managing the “behind-the-scenes” operation within the highly-competitive football environment. In his role at HIS, Kevin has transposed that approach to bring the structure and methods of competition and performance-driven outcomes to the corporate environment to drive customer satisfaction and success.
Amy Srp | Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, Amy has extensive experience in client support, administration, and organizational management. During her career, she has coordinated logistics for international shipments, managed operations for a reconstruction company, and provided administrative support to teams of managers and sales representatives within the manufacturing, engineering, and data storage fields. Amy’s telecommunications and IT technology knowledge was broadened by administrative and client-focused positions held with Menlo Worldwide Logistics, Verizon Wireless, and EMC2.
Amy is proficient at accomplishing a magnitude of tasks while helping others learn new skills and assimilate quickly into their roles. She understands the intricacies of each of the pieces of the IHS team and uses her positive approach toward leading others to achieve results.
Dave Fuzzell | Director of Support Services & Implementation
As Director of Support Services and Project Implementation for Integrated Health Systems, Dave prides himself in providing industry leading IT support and project implementation to the long-term care industry. With over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, Dave’s resume is filled with a variety of client care experiences. As a graduate of Northwest Kansas Technical School with a degree in Telecommunications, Dave began his career as a lead installer of voice and data circuits as well as Key and PBX systems for businesses across the mid and southwest regions of the United States. Many of those installations were for long-term care facilities, where he gained firsthand knowledge of their technology needs and challenges
In 2009 Dave transitioned his telecom and data experience into network administration. He earned certifications on many of the top products in the IT industry and is a Microsoft Certified Professional as well.
Dave’s industry knowledge and his supportive leadership style creates an atmosphere where his team understands the day-to-day technology needs of long-term care while continuously exceeding client satisfaction measurements. Dave’s positive approach motivates others to continue to achieve outstanding service results.
Edward Freeman | Project & Implementation Manager
Ed has spent his entire career immersed in the telecommunications industry. He has been an Installer with the United States Air Force, Operations Manager for Data Comm of America, Field Manager for CommWorld of KC, Regional Manager for Birch Telecom, and Owner of Cable Telephone and Internet Service. He joined Integrated Health Systems in March 2009 where he worked face-to-face with senior living contractors and builders. Ed knows the extensive details required to effectively build the framework necessary to meet the demands of implementing technology into long-term care facilities.
In particular, Ed has developed and refined all the processes that IHS utilizes for its EMR hardware installations. After spending years in the field, Ed is the Projects and Implementation Manager responsible for leading the team that implements all the EMR hardware and managed services jobs for Integrated clients. He has a vast array of knowledge and is instrumental in helping new team members to quickly become efficient and productive.
Jason Mance | Support Services Manager
Jason has been involved in a number of technology-related industries for the past 25 years. He has helped to design and implement Evolution Data Only infrastructure for mobile devices as well as designing infrastructure in the banking industry. As Support Services Manager for Integrated Health Systems, Jason provides leadership to facilities during migration processes. He also provides client training to help ease the transition between applications and platforms. Jason continues to drive the Support Services team with a focus on excellent client support and quick problem resolution. Jason has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems, a graduate certification in Network Communications Management, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Jason holds professional certifications with Microsoft and Labtech.
Jason understands technology needs for the healthcare industry and continues to develop new products and solutions to create future opportunities for IHS and its clients.
